NEW RULES (2025)

1.  Ball Out Of Play / Ball Unplayable (frozen on boards)
* face off stays in the end zone regardless which team is the cause of the ball going out of surface
2.  Hybrid Icing - race to win the ball
*If defending players reaches hash marks first, whistle blown, face off in other end zone
*If attacking player is first to hash marks, wave off icing, play continues
* If players are tied, whistle blown 
*Play continues if goalie leaves the crease to play the ball
