Registration for the 2012 season

Please download and mail in the registration along with the appropriate payment amount.

Competitive Division: Participants are generally experienced athletes who have played ball hockey and/or ice hockey in the past. Competitive play and the opportunity to compete for Provincial and National Championships. Games are played on Wednesday night at Malton Arena

House League Division: Many participants are trying to sport for the first time and/or are new to hockey and other team sports. No tryouts are necessary. New teams are Teams are formed every two years by the Executive with the intention of creating "balanced" teams.

East House League games are played on Monday nights at Stephen Leacock Arena

West House League games are played on Thursday nights at Malton Arena.

NOTE: Play 70% of your games and receive your registration fee back. Applies to all goalies.

Registrations are on a first come - first served basis. Receipt of your payment is required before we can assure you of a spot on a team.

As we are trying to expand our league, we will accept registrations in all divisions until we are filled to capacity. Once a division is filled, a waiting list will be started.
